1. 1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract without giving a reason, without compensation or penalty within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods.
   2. Where the consumer wishes to withdraw from the distance contract, he shall inform the Seller of his decision within 14 days. The period for returning a product ends after the expiry of these 14 calendar days, starting from day one. The first day shall be determined by:
      • the date of delivery;
      • provided that you have different products in an order, the day on which the last product in the relevant order is delivered shall be deemed to be day one.
   3. The cancellation notice can be sent by email, phone call or by completing and submitting the standard Cancellation Form.
   4. The user is obliged to return the goods without delay and no later than 14 days from the date of notification of his decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if the consumer sends or delivers the goods back to the Seller before the expiry of the 14-day period.
   5.  The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the Consumer.
   6. In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Seller shall refund the Consumer the amount received within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods by the Seller.
   7. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the User.
   8. Upon exercise of the right of withdrawal, the Seller shall refund the User the amount received within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods by the Seller.
   9. The Seller shall reimburse the Consumer the amount received using the same means of payment used by the Consumer in the original transaction, unless the Consumer has expressed his/her personal consent to the use of the same means of payment and provided that this does not involve any cost to the Consumer.
   10. The Seller shall reimburse the Consumer the full amount received in the event that the Seller has tested the goods to determine their characteristics and their proper functioning for their intended purpose.
   11. The Consumer shall be liable in the event that he returns goods with a reduced value due to testing/damage other than the need to ascertain their characteristics and functionality.
   12. The user loses the right of withdrawal if:
       •  The goods are not in good commercial condition (not torn, scratched, worn), there is damage caused by improper use.
       •  The original packaging, consumables and accessories are not retained, in case they were included
