General Terms and Conditions of Distance Purchase and Sale Contracts within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act between VSV Boutique Ltd, registered in the town of. VSV Boutique Ltd. Plovdiv, ul. Kutlovitsa 1, hereinafter referred to as the trader, on the one hand, and on the other hand – the person who has agreed to these General Terms and Conditions, hereinafter referred to as the consumer, in connection with the order and purchase of the goods offered in the online store www.vsv-design.com.

1. Contents. The content of the website www.vsv-design.com, including text, images, multimedia content, design and any other information is the property of the trader. Users may not copy, modify, transfer or commercially exploit any content from the www.vsv-design.com website without the express written consent of Merchant.

2. Right to use. The Merchant grants the User the opportunity, subject to compliance with and observance of the General Terms and Conditions, to purchase the goods offered in the www.vsv-design.com e-shop. By clicking on any link, button, or image located on the www.vsv-design.com website, the user declares that he agrees to comply with these General Terms and Conditions.

3. Registration. When completing the registration form, the user is obliged to provide the required data, as well as to update them in case of change. In the event that the user has provided incorrect data, the merchant has the right to suspend the user’s access to his account without notice, as well as cancel his order.

4. Privacy of personal data. The personal data that users enter when registering as well as when filling in the order form are reliably protected and can only be used for customer service. Full information concerning the personal data of users is published on the page: Privacy.

5. Order. Both registered and unregistered users have the opportunity to place an order in the online store www.vsv-design.com. The store’s opening hours are from 10:00 to 17:00 every working day from Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 14:00 are processed the next day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday. All orders placed during public holidays are processed on the first working day after the holiday.

6. When placing an order, the user enters into a contractual relationship with the merchant for the purchase and sale of the selected product, regulated by these General Terms and Conditions. The distance sales contract between the trader and the consumer is deemed to be concluded from the moment of order confirmation by the trader.

7. Product availability. Due to the dynamics of sales, it is possible that some products listed on the website as available may be out of stock at the time of order acceptance and cannot be delivered. The Merchant does not guarantee the availability of the products on the www.vsv-design.com website. In the event that the ordered product is not available, the trader is obliged to notify the user by phone or by email. Checking availability can also be done via the form: “Request availability”, which is available on each product page.

8. Product prices. All prices on www.vsv-design.com are in Bulgarian levs. Product prices are final and include VAT. The prices of the products on the website do not include shipping costs. The Merchant reserves the right to change the prices of the products as well as the delivery fee.

9. Delivery. The delivery of the product ordered through the www.vsv-design.com website is carried out by the courier company Interlogistica and UPS to the address specified by the user. The delivery time is 5 to 10 working days standard delivery after the acceptance of the order, unless the ordered product is not currently available, in which case the delivery time is negotiated additionally. Upon delivery, the recipient shall sign a bill of lading certifying the exact execution of the order.

10. Payment. Payment shall be made by bank transfer. The delivery price depends on the weight and the delivery address.

12. Replacement. In the event that the product received by the user does not correspond to his desired size, he has the opportunity to request a replacement of another size. The exchange can only be made on condition that the purchased product is returned in its original packaging, without signs of use, or disturbed commercial appearance. The costs of return and exchange are borne by the consumer. Replacement can be arranged by telephone, or by email. In the event that the size requested by the user is not available, he may exercise his right of withdrawal.

13. Return. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the distance selling contract without giving a reason and without owing compensation or penalty within 14 days from the date of receipt of the ordered goods. The right of return may only be exercised in the event that the purchased goods are returned in their original packaging, without signs of use or impaired commercial appearance. The consumer is obliged to inform the trader of his intention to return the purchased products within the specified period, for which purpose he may use the standard cancellation form.

The transport costs for the return of the goods from the consumer to the trader shall be borne by the consumer.
Where the consumer exercises his right to withdraw from the distance contract, he must send or hand over the goods back to the trader no later than 14 days from the date on which the consumer has notified the trader of his decision to withdraw from the contract.
Goods purchased from www.vsv-design.com are returned to:
Plovdiv, ul. 1 Kutlvitsa, for the recipient “VIESVI BUTIK” Ltd., unless otherwise agreed.
If the goods are returned by courier, the trader shall refund the consumer once the parcel has been opened and found to be eligible for cancellation. If the goods are not eligible, they shall be returned at the consumer’s expense to the address from which they were sent.

The maximum refund period shall be 14 days from the date on which the trader was notified of the consumer’s decision to cancel the goods ordered – provided that the goods have been returned within that period.

14. Other conditions. The Merchant reserves the right to unilaterally change the terms of use of the online store www.vsv-design.com, without prior notice to users. Users must keep an eye out for any changes and comply with them.

For all matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the current Bulgarian legislation shall apply.
